The hypothesis Conscience
The Theory of Cybernetic is based upon the hypothesis of Conscience. The hypothesis Conscience says that the entire existence is an Infinite Conscience: a multidimensional universe composed and animated by a single intelligent energy.
The existence One and Sacred manifests itself in countless aspects and dimensions, conscious and intelligent; it’s the soil on which we rest our feet’s, our minds, our own body and the atoms of which it is composed, this rotating planet, like the other stars, are sacred ground!
This infinite conscience, as an empty continuum beyond space- time that insinuates in the fractals folds of quantum mechanics, is the matrix “implicit” in any order, intelligence and beauty.
Nevertheless pervading the intimate heart of every fragment of reality, that ocean of conscience remains motionless and uncontaminated; it is a motionless engine, the empty mainstay of the gigantic cosmic wheels in perpetual motion. And, while frayed in the complexity of its multiple dimensions, it remains one, like a mighty tree concealed by its own leaves.
Conscience is a term that represents the unified and sacred dimension of the spirit and the essential nature of God, called in fact the Conscience of the Whole. The conscience was always depicted as light and symbolized by an eye, indicating its main characteristic, to observe and to know. The nature of conscience is non-dual, but at the same time immanent and transcendent, continuous, intelligent, independent from space and time and, therefore, without extension or age.
It’s not born and dies not, nor is it growing nor decreasing - Plato says – it is absolute, in its Self, unique, timeless and all the beautiful things participate in it.
The hypothesis Conscience represents the archetypes of every spirituality, and is therefore supported by countless myths and cosmologies, ancient and modern ones.
The Cybernetic Principles
The cybernetic principles are logical-analogical laws that support the theory of Cybernetics, they are aphorism, synthetic statements, expressed in a cybernetic-data processing language what can be traced and recognized in most spiritual, philosophical and scientific traditions. The purpose of the cybernetic principles is to constitute a simple and clear basis logical-philosophical for to comprehend in a holistic way the laws of conscience and its development. Their universal matrix provides a concrete and profound common basis for a unified and global comprehension of reality, a first beginning of a holistic science, on which is based upon the cybernetic theory.
The first three cybernetic principles, called archetypal principles, are the cybernetics rereading of the three Archetypical Matrixes, a re-codification of the pillars that hold the collective consciousness of humanity.

The Matrix Zero in cybernetic terms may be defined as a “field zero” or “empty field” characterized by a total absence of information. By defining information as minimum difference communicable, and assuming the beginning as total stasis, have we consequently an infinite “informatics field” devoid of differences and therefore of “zero” information. The empty conscience must be considered therefore the basic state of existence.
The total absence of movement of the field zero, V = 0, where the movement is defined mathematically as V = S.T (where V is the speed, S the space and T the time), leads to the conclusion that the initial state was without space and time, there cannot be possible division in the events (zero information): the whole field was necessarily undivided and therefore a unit, but without information, on the basis of the hypothesis of departure, exist the conscience without content and was therefore not - conscious, non-aware.
In the beginning was the absolute darkness, the undifferentiated, the Great Void, the black night, without space, without time or consciousness. The beginning of myths corresponds to a conscience asleep, an ocean of potentiality without movement, without differences. Only infinite vacuum. Vishnu lies asleep on an infinite ocean of nothing, without dreams, resting on the serpent Ananta, the Eternal, rolled on itself. In science, this first level corresponds to the concept of emptiness.

The second archetypal principle highlights the transformation of the Field Zero of empty conscience that auto-perceives and becomes a Unitarian Field, an Oneness. From the primitive state of empty conscience, asleep and undifferentiated is the emerging of conscience, of the consciousness to exist. From the Zero emerges the One. The conscience awakens and, since there are no divisions or limits, realizes it to be One, potentially Infinite and Intelligent. From the state of Zero information (and therefore non-conscience) goes it over to information One (or self-consciousness). That’s the first cybernetic auto-reverent process, the first self-feedback, the information returns, or better (as there is no space and time) “re-echoes”, “echoes” in itself. The ancient Indians have called it “Swaiambur,” she who supports herself.”
The great mystery that underlie the sanctity of life is precisely this awakening of the asleep cosmic conscience, that becomes “aware to exist” as empty infinity, as “the unitary field of information-conscience”. And the conscience that gives life and intelligence to the Whole, without this awakened conscience would the entire universe be matter without life and without the slightest conscience, in any form. Mythological is this “unified field of conscience” portrayed as a Golden Egg, covered by the splendor of a thousand rays, from which fertilization and subsequent “break” rises the worlds.
The awakened conscience is universally represented as Light, and with the intrinsic quality of Love (Eros). From this Conscience, One, Bright and Loving rise the creation.
In science is this level of Infinite Void Consciousness non-manifest yet, and therefore still without space-time, corresponds to the concept of order meant by Bohm and the Void Sub-Quantum of Laszlo, in astrophysics corresponds it to the instant that immediately precedes the singularity, from which origins the Big Bang.
Therefore, returning to the emptiness and silence, we found us in the original conscience.
Fertilization and breaking of the Egg of Cosmic Consciousness
However, how do take place “fertilization” and the subsequent “breaking of the symmetry”?
How can, from this ” field of unified conscience” absolutely undivided and immobile, outburst a so wild and dramatic physical creation process that leads to the formation of our Cosmo, in which, for now, are observed approximately one hundred billion galaxies, each of which consists of about one hundred billion stars?
Theoretically this event happens in a dimension yet undivided and therefore non-spatial and timeless, and can “last” to sustain many myths, for many eternity, but it’s evident that from this state rises successively the greatest instability imaginable that from the complete immobility will lead to the dynamic creation of the cosmos. We want anticipate that unfortunately we are not able to imagine events outside of space and time, our metaphors of dimension “implicated” will then be constrained by mental images space-time, if the metaphors are correct, however, will the lead to an expansion of our understanding.
The most significant event from the point of cybernetic view is precisely the transitional phase from the “unified field of conscience”, which immediately preceded and provoked the singularity of the explosion of the Big Bang and its subsequent fragmentation. Following the footsteps of the myths, can we hypothesize that in the immobile ocean of dormant conscience rises the first “difference” that stimulates the conscience of being. This realization - which is commonly translated as so ham, “I do exist” – must be interpreted as a critical event, a small, imperceptible change of the field, the first wave of information. It’s the “shock” with which Ta’aroa emerged from its shell that seemed an egg. This “Self” is like the information, without body, a sperm that fertilize the immense body of an egg, which alone cannot divide itself. This event is catalytic: in a static ocean of infinite silence, a whisper, the first information “broke” the perfect balance and creates a cascade of cybernetic events. A first difference generates a chain reaction of differences, as a mirror that reflects nothing and breaks generating endless images of anything. We are thus at the creation of the multiple, that the ancients sometimes called Maya, the illusion. From the umbilicus of the asleep Vishnu rise a lotus flower from which Brahma is born, who creates, dreaming it, infinite universes and dimensions.
Principle of Intelligent Creative Energy
In the beginning was the void, and nothing had not name. From there produced the one itself, the one that had been, without having a material form. In Timaeus Plato describes the chaos as the “receptacle” of shapeless matter that is on the origin of the world that is successively ordered and organized in a Cosmo from the conscience and intelligence of the Demiurge.
From Zero-One, creates endless numbers and sizes. In the Empty Conscience, One is Infinite, still implicit and immobile, produces a fertile and loving “break” of the symmetry- balance that produces a movement of information-energy, living-intelligent, a division-multiplication of the One into Ones, which creates synchronically-holographic the infinite Unites-creatures and the infinite dimensions-levels that make up the existence.
The cybernetics cascade of multiplication-division events after the initial break of symmetry is endless as the matrix from which it derives. The resulting number of cybernetic units is potentially infinite although, from an atomistic point of view, some physicists have “calculated” the approximate number of atoms of the whole universe.
The break of balance alters the state of stagnation, it generates a movement; V (Velocity), no longer a zero, creates a discrete value of S-T: the movement produces the space-time. This movement is well represented by a photon, herald of every elementary particle, which moves at maximum speed possible in our dimension, but , given V = S.T, therefore could it not be, on the contrary, that the entire space-time is relative as created by the very movement of its infinite photons?
The photon is a “quantum” of energy but we can observe it as a “quantum” of information that moves at a speed of three hundred thousand kilometers per second (Speed of Light).
Energy is information on the move! Its representation is the mythological symbol of the spiral or serpent, emblem of intelligent and creative energy.
Cybernetic Holograms
The Conscience One, Empty and Infinite divides, multiplies holographical and synchronically into endless energy-shares. Each part is a unit of energy-conscience that reflects holographical the Whole and remains synchronically connected to it. In each single unit are therefore present states of conscience corresponding to the Unit and to the Empty: the conscience of oneself is the state of sleep without dreams, namely the status of activities and inertia.
The Creation is the process of infinite division-multiplication of the parties within the Unit itself, which creates differences and then multiplies the information. The higher the division of shares, the greater the proliferation of information and the possibility that the existence has to know itself. The Infinite Unit Light -Conscience fragments into endless units of light: from the Big Bang emerge endless photons and subatomic particles, quantum’s of light-energy. The One has fragmented into endless parties, is divided into infinite dimensions, and nevertheless remains the One, as claimed by the Upanishads Isa: This is the All, which is the Whole. All emerges from the Whole and the Whole still remains.
We find this concept of unity within the unity virtually in all cosmologies, summed in the aphorism of Ermete Trismegisto: As above, so below, as well as in the poetry of William Blake, Seeing a world in a grain of sand and a paradise in a wild flower, sustain the infinity in the palm of your hand and the eternity in an hour. That what appears divided in reality is deeply connected with the implicit underlying order of conscience. As the waves are related to deep abysmal ocean, so every part-energy is intimately connected to the infinite intelligence that it has generated and that sustains it.
In science, lies this principle of the original unit on the base of the idea about the singularity of the Big Bang and the Theory of the Unified Field, that is a single principle and a single energy from which everything derives for the subsequent brake of the original symmetry.
The original conscience not only is fragmented into endless holographic and synchronically units, but also into infinite dimensions and plans of reality. Even in science since some time, do exist this concept of multidimensionality, in quantum physics in fact are theoretically possible infinite dimensions of existence. However, we human beings, on horseback between the second and third millennium, perceive only two dimensions of existence: the material and spiritual reality, since we have a limited point of view, which corresponds to our current state of dual conscience.
Each unit is an Everything

If we formulate the creative principle from the point of view of the Unity-Creature like individuality, have we that every Unit-Creature is fundamental and inseparable part of the Whole, a holographic fragment of the Empty Conscience of the Whole, that contains the same information as its matrix and which is synchronically united to it. Being the totality in every part, every part is sacred. Each part reflects, in its limitation, the conscience, the information and creativity of the Whole. The cybernetic link that connects each microcosmic unit to the infinite macrocosmic unit is the most significant basis of the theory of Cybernetic.
Therefore, when the state of inner conscience empty and shining realizes, is the Atman, synchronically united to the divinity, the Brahman.
Each single unit of conscience of existence has therefore its own individuality, memory and degree of freedom. As his conscience and his freedom allow it, may it decide of his life, is it geared to the involution, degrading, or is it geared in evolutionary sense, arriving to the reunification with the conscience of the Whole. The tendency to the unity, inherently present in the existence, leads to the creation of living units of different levels of complexity and conscience, we call Cyber. Each Cyber as part of the unit of the Whole expresses in itself, as a seed, synchronically and holographical, the unity itself on different orders of complexity.
The implications of the Hypothesis of conscience: energy-information-conscience
Conscience is implicitly woven throughout the whole matter and the matter is interwoven by conscience.

After the cybernetic archetypal principles linked to the ancient sacred traditions, we want expose the cybernetic principles that rise from the implication of the Hypothesis Conscience with the physical science, chemical and biological.
The central point of the hypothesis of conscience is, as in any holistic philosophy, which the two major dimensions of existence, the objective-exterior and the interior-subjective, obviously do coexist, are in deep, constant interaction and can be investigated and known with scientific method: it is the unity between Heaven and Earth. If from the holistic point of view this unit poses no particular problem, is it necessary to create logical foundations so that this logic unit is also accepted by science. We start with the first unifying concept, which allows us to comprehend in a more rational and scientific way how the material dimension is intimately connected with the spiritual.
This interaction, already categorized by Eccles and Popper, can be summed up in two concepts: energy implies information, information implies conscience. These two statements of principles, what can we call principle of informatical involvement and principles of noetical involvement, represents formidable operational tools to transform the knowledge of classic science into holistic science.
The term “implies” is necessarily indeterminate, it does not suppose a total equality between energy and information. This indetermination is also on the base of our scientific knowledge (principle of indetermination by Heisenberg) and as such, must it be understood and respected. It represents the evidence of the impossibility of an absolute quantification-comprehension of reality and requires therefore a flexible attitude, open, which forms the basis of a new flexible and holistic epistemology.
The words, here, must be used like the finger pointing to the moon: the finger is not a factor; the word is just a tool to open new dimensions to our conscience and comprehension. These two attitudes, dychotomical and holistically, in confrontation with the dimension “material-explicative” and “spiritual-implicit” are graphically well expressed from a simple ring and the difference between the well separated inner and outer side, and the tape of Möbius, created in 1800 by German mathematician August Ferdinand Möbius, where there is no separation between the internal and external side, which are actually one.
Analyzing now the two principles of implication, which are consecutive and specifically formulated to facilitate to science the logical step towards a unified vision.
Principle of Informatics (or intelligent) implication: Energy implies information.

We recall that the entire material existence is energy. Going to seek the atomic heart of the great Mother Nature, the Atom Heart Mother of matter, science has discovered that subatomic particles have a kind of energetically nature.
Let’s take the photon as an example. Einstein stated that the photon is a “quantum of light”, the smallest unit of luminous energy. Applying the first principle of the hypothesis of conscience, that photon becomes a “information quantum “, a tiny unit of energy that we can interpret as a set of information. Of a photon are known the spin, frequency, position, speed, etc., that is the information that characterize it, representing its very life and that permits to our conscience to know this small living units. No photon is equal to another.
Quantum of information
If in the world does exist the mind then it must pervade everything, even by manifesting in different ways. A mountain, a tree, a river, the fish that swim in the river, the dew and rain, the planet, the fire must have for each account its own psyche. P.D. Ouspensky
Therefore, every form of energy, either physical or subatomic, can be translated into informatics terms as the very basis of energy is made up of discrete units or “quanta” of energy that in fact are “quanta” of information.
From an electron, a cell, a human being or of a distant galaxy know we exactly only their information, that is the part of information that we are able to perceive and to interpret, remaining still a partial knowledge: it is impossible to know the whole of the information of an entity, because the totality of information is a unit that presuppose self-consciousness and this, of course, may be known only by the “Self” and cannot be transmitted to the outside.
Turning round the view of observation, can we say that every living entity is an expression (form) of its very own information, namely “embodies” his specific information. Every bit or quantum of information that comes from a living entity has a tendencial synchronic and holographic relationship with its entity, therefore, tends the information to be global: each fragment is a hologram of the unit to which it belongs.
This can have infinite aspects. The work of any scientist, as of every forensic science, is to find information from most minute details that can afford to go back to the subject and reconstruct the entire event. A few written lines can give us precise information about who has it written and his mental state, as well as analyses from a laboratory of a drop of blood can have a detailed picture of the health of a person, or analyzing the light from a star can we know its chemical composition and other precious particularities.
Energy in-formed and intelligent

Each energy is informed. This principle highlights the intimate and indissoluble interconnection that binds the form to the in-formation, the internal and external shape of any physical structure to the information what codes its sense, function and relation between the parties.
It is also important to comprehend that every solid body represents a complex network of atoms in precise dynamic relationship between them, and that this relation is an in-formation of extreme importance.
Our body, for example, eats more protein than free atoms. The proteins area the product of a process of intelligent aggregation carried by living beings, a complex compound of amino acids, composed, of hydrogen, oxygen, carbon and more traces of other elements, but of their infinite possible configurations, only 20 are useful to our life and only 20 of these amino acids can nourish us. No need to give the body atoms without that precise structural in-formation. To build these structures were used millions of years of intelligent evolution. A simple microwave oven in one minute can break these delicate ties defeating two billion years of evolutionary intelligence.
Form and information, significant and signification, soma and psyche, expression and content are some of the pairs of words that evidences the unity between external-sensorial dimension and internal-cognitive.
